There are three double bedrooms all with their own ensuite. All rooms face onto the waterways.

Retreats run from Friday evening 6pm- Sunday 4pm

Price $650pp based off twin share (will be sharing queen / king bed)

Single occupancy may be available for $950

*NB retreats require 4 people to go ahead. Notice and full refund will be given 2 weeks prior if there are inadequate numbers

Our retreats offer luxury accomodation with small groups of 6 guests in the beautiful waterways of Whitianga, New Zealand. The health and fitness retreat is run by health professionals with qualifications in physiotherapy, pilates, yoga, personal training and nutrition

About us

Georgia is a Elite athlete competing at multiple world championships for Underwater hockey. She has spent years undergoing high intensity training with a great appreciation for balance between life, exercise and diet. She is also a practising physiotherapist and trained pilates instructor using these techniques to help work the smaller intrinsic muscles keeping equilibrium in your body. Georgia has a passion for cooking creating delicious meals.

Candice is a practicing physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal injuries with a specific interest in breathing disorders and womens health. She is a qualified personal trainer and teaches high intensity interval training (HITT), circuit, and stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga. Candice has studied massage and nutrition and believes in combining diet, exercise and relaxation/meditation to live a healthier more balanced lifestyle.
